Peer Connections: Aging with an SCI – Joints and Mobility

Join us to learn more about aging and joint health. We’ll talk about shoulder health including a discussion of activities that can be beneficial. We will also look at ways to manage spasticity and discuss the benefits of exercise on joint health and mobility.
