Peer Connections: Seated Yoga – Virtual

Wednesday, July 29, 2020

Seated yoga are practices that strengthen body and mind, with many benefits; reducing stress and anxiety, improving flexibility and quality of sleep and slowing the progression of heart disease are just of few. It is also an excellent tool to assist in pain management. Whether you are a senior looking to maintain good physical condition, recovering from an injury, someone who has limited mobility or pain, a person of any age can benefit from seated yoga poses as a good option for mind-body wellness and health.
