Peer Connections: Staying Active During a Pandemic – Southwestern Ontario (Virtual)
Are you wondering how you can stay active during a pandemic? Staying active is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, and is especially important during a pandemic where we are spending most of our time in isolation. We will be joined by Mike Finlay, a Physiotherapist from the Regional Rehabilitation Centre Outpatients Program. He will be presenting on the Canadian SCI physical activity guidelines. There will be a discussion on the benefits of physical activity as well as how you can get started and maintain physical activity.
