SCIO’s 10th Annual Roll & Bowl Tournament – London

Tuesday, March 3, 2020

On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, the London community came together and once again enjoyed a night of bowling Spinal Cord Injury Ontario’s 10th Annual London Roll & Bowl.

Because of the community’s amazing support, we raised an outstanding $20,600! This brings the amount raised the past ten years to over $200,000! These last 10 years have been possible by the commitment and dedication of our wonderful London and area community!

Your support has supported local clients like Patrick:

“Connecting with SCI Ontario right away after my injury was invaluable towards my return to the community. SCI Ontario also offered great support to my wife, Jenny (my Angel), especially through the Peer Support and Peer Connection programs. They made such a positive impact that both Jenny and I became Peer Support volunteers almost two years to the day that I had my fall.”

We would like to recognize our generous Strike Sponsors McKenzie Lake LLP and Stride Rehabilitation Services Inc., along with our media sponsors, Country 104 and Rogers TV. Sincere thanks to: Bayshore Home Health, Cohen Highely, DMA Rehability, Foster Townsend LLP, FunctionAbility, Leners LLP, Wright Rehab, Dan Harvey Photography and Voyago.  This event would not be possible without their financial and in-kind support!

A huge shout out to our volunteer planning committee, event night volunteers, the students from Fanshawe College and staff from Palasad South for making the evening such a success.

Matt Weaver, from Country 104, once again did an amazing job as our emcee and Bill Paul was back delighting our young and young at heart bowlers with his balloon creations.

As SCIO celebrates 75 years of supporting people with a spinal cord injury, events like the London Roll & Bowl allow SCIO to provide life-changing services in our community.

We look forward to your continued support in the future – please join us next year on Tuesday, March 2, 2021!
