Join us for an inspiring Peer Connection featuring Robert Buren, a passionate athlete and advocate who sustained a spinal cord injury in 2008. Robert will share his personal journey of adapting to life with an SCI and how physical activity became a cornerstone of his recovery, independence, and well-being.

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to stay motivated, this session will offer practical tips, adaptive strategies, and encouragement to help you stay active at any level of ability.
