Accommodations and Disclosure
Workplace accommodations are adjustments made at any stage of the employment journey that allow a person with a disability to apply for jobs, interview and fully perform the duties of a position. Accommodation is a fundamental part of equal treatment. What is the job seeker’s role in this discussion and what are the employer’s responsibilities? We help you sort through the questions and find a path to dignity, individualization and inclusion.

  • Disclosing your disability – should you, or shouldn’t you?
  • Is accommodation needed on the job?
