Ready to serve

We recognize that each person and situation is unique – as such, we expect each relationship with our clients to vary. We listen well so we can learn about your needs and goals for the future and support you in finding the best path to living the life you choose.

Our Service Navigation Coordinators (SNCs) are equipped to assist anyone in Ontario. They specialize in the coordination of services, active support, resources and education. They also focus on client-centred care and finding creative ways to address systemic barriers that impact people with SCI.

Questions you may have for your Service Navigation Coordinator:

  • Can I live independently?
  • How can I make my home accessible?
  • Can I get funding for my mobility device?
  • What support resources are in my community?
  • What do I need to know about ODSP and other financial supports?

We provide information and education on a wide range of spinal cord injury topics and can be your first stop when you need support.
