READY TO SERVE
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our Regional Services Co-ordinators across the province are here to help. We cannot meet face-to-face during this time, as we normally would, but we can provide highly individualized services by phone, email, video conferencing and, soon, through our VIP4SCI platform. These services are free to registered clients of SCIO. Looking for support? Contact SCIO in your area to connect with a Regional Service Co-ordinator
(Pour les services en français, voir ci-dessous.)
Because we recognize that every person and situation is unique, we expect the relationship we have with our clients to also be unique. We listen well, so we can get to know you and your needs, and support you in finding the best path to living independently. Our Regional Service Co-ordinators are located throughout the province and work with you to:
- NAVIGATE THE SYSTEM
- ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE
- ADJUST TO LIFE WITH A PHYSICAL DISABILITY
- ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
We provide information and education on a wide range of topics and can be your first stop when you need support. Meantime, click on the icons below for information on some of the most relevant topics for those who’ve just recently sustained a spinal cord injury.
